However, please note that Brand Ambassadors are only allowed to sell for other brands, and they are not permitted to participate in team-building activities with other companies. As a Brand Ambassador, you are committing to building exclusively with Younique.

As a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you can earn commissions on the products you purchase, which can translate to savings on personal product purchases.

You can earn commissions through your personal retail sales (PRS) as both a Younique Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate. As a Brand Ambassador, you can earn additional Month-End Pay on the sales of your downline. Commissions are typically paid out after three hours of an online sale through Instant Pay. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn Month-End Pay by reaching title requirements outlined in the Younique Pay Plan. Month-End Pay is paid on the 8th of the following month.

As a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you receive your own sales website as well as a Back Office filled with training materials, reports, and tools to help you succeed in your new business venture. Younique also provides digital tools that help you sell more effectively, such as the Younique App and Shopping List. The latest in our innovative Brand Ambassadors tools, the Younique App, allows you to better support your team and manage your business. The Shopping List lets you create a completely personalized shopping cart for your customers. Curate a cart filled with any number of Younique products, share the link with your customer or on social media, and you’re done! Let them check out and fall in love with their new cosmetics and skin care. They can also modify the cart while using a Shopping List, so no need to worry if they use a different foundation shade or prefer another lip color.

Yes! On December 1, 2023, we launched an exciting initiative for new Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates. This initiative offers a $10 USD, $12 CAD, $13 AUD, $13.90 NZD, £8 GBP, 8.50€ EUR, $140 MXN, HK$74, or $37,500 COP product credit to new Brand Ambassadors/Brand Affiliates who download the Younique App and log in for the first time.

Upon downloading the Younique App and logging in for the first time, this product credit will be automatically added to your account. Please be aware that product credit expires on the last day of the month following the month it is applied to your account. Younique offers guided training and a supportive community to help you succeed in your chosen path. You will have access to guided training materials and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge, such as the Younique Learning Hub. The Younique Learning Hub is a landing page in the Younique App where Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can access onboarding, training, and guides. It is a resource that will continue to grow, offering different sections for training materials. Additionally, we have language-specific Facebook pages where you can connect with and receive support from experienced market leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities in your specific market. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where you can thrive and achieve your goals with confidence.

Both Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can participate in the Fast Start program. However, because Brand Affiliates cannot sponsor, they cannot earn any Sponsor-related rewards. You can learn more about the program here.

Both active Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates are welcome to attend Younique events. However, for events that have specific qualification requirements, Brand Affiliates will utilize their Sales Titles for qualification purposes as they cannot achieve Pay Plan Titles.

Both Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates are eligible to earn Younique Annual Leader Awards. However, because Brand Affiliates cannot sponsor, they are not eligible to earn rewards related to sponsoring, building, or mentoring.

Both Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can earn Younique Title Rewards. Because Brand Affiliates cannot earn Pay Plan Titles, they can only earn Title Rewards for their Sales Title achievements. You can learn more about Title Rewards here.
